1.1 Guardian Warm Roof Rewards is run by CELUPLAST LIMITED

1.2 The Promotion will run from 01 January 2026 to 31^st December 2026

2.1 The Promotion is open to Guardian Warm Roof customers located in Great Britain who register in accordance with Paragraph 3.1 below. Eligible customers will receive an email from Guardian Building Systems or receive an invite to take part in the Promotion from a Certified Fabricator.

2.2 Regardless of whether an invitation to join the Promotion has been received, you will not be eligible if:

2.3 You are an employee or contractor of Guardian Building Systems (or any of our subsidiaries and related companies) or their immediate family;

2.4 You are an employee or contractor of any supplier to Guardian Building Systems (or any of our subsidiaries and related companies) that are connected directly or indirectly to this Promotion (including advertising agencies) or their immediately family;

2.5 You are in breach of any agreement with Guardian Building Systems (or any of our Certified Fabricators);

2.6 You are under 18 years of age; 

2.7 Any other person that Guardian Building Systems decides to exclude at its sole discretion for any reason.

3.1 Participants who have registered will be able to view their spend and available rewards and claim their rewards using the Website.

3.2 All Participants must be the business owner or have the business owner’s permission to receive a reward from Guardian Building Systems on behalf of their business and their registration must be approved by Guardian Building Systems. Please note that any reward will be addressed to the business owner and it is at the business owner’s discretion as to who within the business receives the reward and, therefore, it is essential that any person entering ensures the business owner is fully aware of the promotion before registering.

3.3. Participants may earn rewards by purchasing a Guardian Warm Roof through their designated Certified Fabricator

3.4 The value of rewards earned by a Participant will be visible via on the Website (once the Participant as logged onto their account). 

3.5 Sales will be measured on invoiced sales; any returns or non-deliveries will not count.

3.6 Rewards may not be issued where there are outstanding payments from the Participant or relevant business

3.7 The Promotion may be managed by fulfilment companies.  Furthermore, rewards will be issued by third parties (such as Love2Shop) and, in such circumstances, shall be subject to their standard terms and conditions.

3.8 All rewards are subject to availability and shall be sent to the Participant’s Business address. The Participant is responsible for keeping their details updated.

3.9 Guardian Building Systems reserves the right to change or substitute the rewards available at any time, at its own discretion.

3.10 If the Participant has any concerns with the reward once received, they should contact Appreciate Group within 24 hours of delivery.

4.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be supplemental to, and all purchases are subject to Guardian Building Systems and their Certified Fabricators standard terms and conditions of sale.

4.2 By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.

4.3 All decisions made by Guardian Building Systems in respect of this Promotion shall be final. No appeal or correspondence will be entered in to.

4.5 If any matters arising from this Promotion are not covered under the Terms and Conditions set out for this Promotion, they shall be determined solely by Guardian Building Systems.

4.6 For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Promotion period shall not entitle eligible customers to any claims or compensations whatsoever against Guardian Building Systems for any and all losses and/or damages suffered or incurred by the eligible customers as a direct or indirect result of the said act of cancellation, termination, suspension or extension.

4.7 Guardian Building Systems accepts no liability for system errors, technical failures, data loss or tax liability associated with this Promotion.

4.8 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude Guardian Building Systems liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by Guardian Building Systems negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) for any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for Guardian Building Systems to exclude or limit liability.

4.9 Guardian Building Systems shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities whatsoever howsoever arising or suffered by the eligible customers resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion or rewards.

4.10 Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion may be shared with third-party fulfilment providers and will only be processed as set out in Guardian Building Systems Privacy Policy.

4.11 Participants responsible for the confidentiality of their username and password and the Participant shall immediately inform Guardian Building Systems of any unauthorised access and are otherwise responsible for complying with Guardian Building Systems Website Terms of Use and/or Acceptable User Policy.

4.12 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Laws and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising from them.

5.11 Guardian Slate Bonus Eligibility
A £25 bonus (“Guardian Slate Bonus”) will be awarded for each qualifying purchase of Guardian Slate when ordered in conjunction with a Guardian Warm Roof, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

5.12 Promotional Period
The Guardian Slate Bonus is strictly limited to purchases invoiced between 1 January 2026 and 31 March 2026 inclusive (“Quarter 1 2026”). Any purchases invoiced outside of this period will not qualify, regardless of order date or installation date.

5.13 Qualifying Purchase Criteria
To qualify for the Guardian Slate Bonus:

• Guardian Slate must be purchased as part of the same order as a Guardian Warm Roof; and
• The purchase must be made through a designated Certified Fabricator.

5.14 Invoice Validation Requirement
For validation purposes, Participants must ensure that their Certified Fabricator clearly itemises and explicitly references “Guardian Slate” on the corresponding invoice.
Invoices that do not clearly identify Guardian Slate by name may be rejected at Guardian Building Systems’ discretion.

5.15 One Bonus Per Qualifying Warm Roof
Only one £25 Guardian Slate Bonus may be claimed per qualifying Guardian Warm Roof installation, regardless of the quantity of Guardian Slate purchased.

5.16 Non-Transferable and No Cash Alternative
The Guardian Slate Bonus is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative. The bonus will be issued in the same reward format as the existing incentive scheme.

5.17 Returns, Cancellations, and Amendments
If Guardian Slate or the associated Guardian Warm Roof is returned, cancelled, credited, or amended after invoicing, the Guardian Slate Bonus will be withdrawn or adjusted accordingly.

5.18 Audit and Verification Rights
Guardian Building Systems reserves the right to:

• Request additional documentation to verify eligibility;
• Audit invoices and purchase records; and
• Withhold or reclaim bonuses where claims are found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

5.19 No Retrospective Claims
Claims for the Guardian Slate Bonus cannot be made retrospectively outside the Promotion period or after the scheme has closed, even if invoices are dated within Quarter 1 2026.

5.20 Promotion Withdrawal or Amendment
Guardian Building Systems reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Guardian Slate Bonus at any time where required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without affecting bonuses already validated.

6.21 Spin to Win Promotion Overview
“Spin to Win” is a promotional game of chance operated by Guardian Building Systems and available to eligible Participants who register their first qualifying Guardian Warm Roof during the Promotion Period.

6.22 Promotion Period
The Spin to Win promotion is available between 1 January 2026 and 31 March 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Spins attempted outside of this period will not be permitted.

6.23 Eligibility to Play
Participants will be entitled to one (1) Spin to Win attempt when they register their first qualifying Guardian Warm Roof during the Promotion Period.
Additional roof registrations will not trigger further spins.

6.24 No Guarantee of Winning
Not all spins will result in a prize. Participation in Spin to Win does not guarantee a reward.

6.25 Prize Types
Available prizes may include, but are not limited to:

• Greggs Vouchers
• Love2Shop Products

Prize types, values, and quantities are determined at Guardian Building Systems’ discretion and may vary during the Promotion Period.

6.26 Prize Allocation
Prizes are awarded randomly by an automated system. The outcome of each spin is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

6.27 Prize Availability and Substitution
All prizes are subject to availability. Guardian Building Systems reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where necessary.

6.28 Non-Transferable and No Cash Alternative
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative offered.

6.29 Verification and Validation
Guardian Building Systems reserves the right to withhold, refuse, or cancel any prize where:

• A roof registration is found to be invalid, incomplete, duplicated, or fraudulent; or
• The Participant is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6.30 Technical Issues
Guardian Building Systems accepts no responsibility for spins not completed or recorded due to technical faults, system errors, website downtime, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.31 Fair Use and Abuse Prevention
Participants must not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the Spin to Win system. Any such activity may result in disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of any prizes.

6.32 No Retrospective Spins
Spin to Win attempts cannot be claimed retrospectively if a qualifying roof is registered without the spin being completed.

6.33 Promotion Modification or Withdrawal
Guardian Building Systems reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Spin to Win promotion at any time, without liability, where required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
